We are excited to host the 15th annual meeting of the Bolivian Society of Economists (SEBOL) on November 7th and 8th, 2024 . This year, for the first time, the conference will take place in the charming city of Tarija, located in southern Bolivia. With its pleasant weather, delightful wines, and intimate atmosphere, Tarija provides a unique setting for networking, fostering enriching academic discussions, and building lasting connections. We are honored to feature two exceptional keynote speakers: Andrés Neumeyer from Universidad Torcuato di Tella and Claudia Martínez from Universidad Católica de Chile and the Inter-American Development Bank. Their expertise and insights promise to be highlights of the conference. This year's conference is graciously hosted by Universidad Católica Boliviana in the heart of Tarija's center. Our co-organizers include the Bolivian Academy of Economic Sciences (ABCE), the Bolivian Women in Economics Network (BOWEN), Fundación INESAD, and the Sustainable Development Solutions Network in Bolivia (SDSN-Bolivia). We anticipate two days of intense intellectual activity, the formation of long-lasting academic relationships, and the enjoyment of all that Tarija has to offer. We look forward to seeing you there.
